🛏️ BEDDING

What makes Paulette Maray bedding different?
Our bedding is made with premium long-staple cotton for softness, strength, and a hotel-quality feel. Designed with tailored piped edges and a classic Snow white finish, it’s crafted to bring elegance and calm to any space.

Do your sheets wrinkle?
Like most natural cotton, they may wrinkle slightly—but we embrace that lived-in luxury look. For a smoother finish, we recommend removing promptly from the dryer or giving them a quick press with a warm iron.

How do I wash my sheets and duvet covers?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or line dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. For long-term storage, keep them in a cool, dry place with one of our scented sachets.

Do you offer different sizes or colors?
At this time, our Signature Bedding Collection is available in white (Snow) and in sizes King and Queen. Additional sizes or colors may be offered in the future.


🕯️ HOME FRAGRANCE

Are your fragrances clean?
Yes. All of our candles, fabric mists, and sachets are made with phthalate-free, paraffin-free, and non-toxic fragrance oils. We never use additives like dyes or endocrine-disrupting ingredients.

What are the Signature Scents vs. Reserve Scents?
Signature Scents are custom-blended to enhance specific areas of your home and support your rest and routines. Reserve Scents are limited, elevated blends crafted for a more indulgent sensory experience.

Do you accept returns on candles or fragrance products?
Fragrance is personal—so while we don’t accept returns on used home fragrance items, we’ll gladly replace anything that arrives damaged. Just email polished@polishedhomestore.com within 7 days of delivery.


📦 ORDERS + SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, including U.S. territories. Standard shipping is free within the continental U.S. Shipping costs for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet—but we’re working on it! Join our email list to be the first to know when it becomes available.

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after that. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We start preparing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, email us at polished@polishedhomestore.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.


🔄 RETURNS + EXCHANGES

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 100-Night Trial on all Paulette Maray bedding. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 100 days of delivery. Candles, mists, and other fragrance products are final sale unless damaged.

How do I start a return?
Email us at polished@polishedhomestore.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll reply with next steps.
