Return Eligibility
- Bedding must be clean and in gently used condition.
- The return or exchange request must be initiated within the 100-night window.
- Original packaging is appreciated, but not required.
- Approved bedding returns include free return shipping.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email polished@polishedhomestore.com with your full name, order number, the item you would like to return or exchange, and a brief note about the reason for the request.
We aim to respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for the refund to reflect in your account.
