Polished Kitchen & Home ships to supported U.S. destinations only. Shipping cost and delivery method depend on how the item is fulfilled.

Lower 48 States

Eligible Polished-fulfilled orders receive free standard shipping. Polished-fulfilled items typically process within 1-3 business days, with standard transit commonly taking 3-5 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Partner-Fulfilled Products

Some products are fulfilled and shipped directly by independent partner brands rather than from Polished Kitchen & Home. Products marked with an asterisk (*) have a separate partner shipping charge calculated at checkout, so our usual complimentary lower-48 standard shipping does not apply to those marked products. The applicable shipping charge is shown before payment.

Partner-fulfilled items may arrive separately from other items in your order. If your order contains products from more than one fulfillment partner, separate shipping charges may apply. Available carrier services, processing times, and delivery windows vary by partner and product. Some partner products include shipping in the offer and will not show a separate partner shipping charge.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO

For eligible Polished-fulfilled items, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and APO/FPO addresses is calculated at checkout using available standard or ground carrier rates at cost, with no Polished markup.

Partner-fulfilled product availability and shipping methods to these destinations depend on the partner. Checkout will display the available options and applicable charge before payment.

Sourced by Polished

Sourced by Polished purchases do not qualify for standard Polished free shipping. Shipping is quoted by item and destination and is disclosed before purchase.

International and Unsupported Destinations

We do not currently offer international shipping. The Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and Palau are not offered as shipping destinations.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

Tracking information is provided when available after an item ships. Orders containing products fulfilled from different locations may arrive in separate packages.

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and the local carrier first. If you still need help, email polished@polishedhomestore.com with your order number.
