We curate the search
Once we review your request, we’ll confirm whether we can take it on and provide an estimated sourcing timeline. We’ll curate up to three options for each product need.

Review the product details, pricing, estimated shipping and delivery information before you decide. If none of the options work, you owe nothing.

Purchase through Polished
Once you choose an item, we’ll confirm current availability and costs, then send you a secure Shopify invoice to complete your purchase.

There’s no fee to submit a request or review the initial options we curate for you. You only pay when you choose an item to purchase through Polished.

The fee is based on the product need, not the number of matching pieces. For example, six matching dining chairs count as one sourced product. A dining table, chairs and sideboard would count as three.

BEFORE YOU PURCHASE
A few things to know before you choose.
Because sourced items come from a wider network of vendors, the purchase experience can be different from a standard Polished order. We’ll confirm the important details before you pay.

Shipping is separate
Sourced items do not qualify for standard Polished free shipping. Shipping costs are specific to the item, vendor and destination, and will be confirmed before your invoice is sent.

Delivery times vary
Delivery timing and method depend on the item and vendor. When available, we’ll share the estimated delivery window and whether the item ships by parcel, freight or another delivery service before you purchase.

All sourced purchases are final sale
Sourced by Polished purchases cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled once payment is completed. If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, or if we are unable to fulfill your purchase, we’ll work with you on the appropriate resolution.

Pricing and availability can change
Items are not reserved while you decide. Before invoicing, we’ll reconfirm current price, availability, shipping cost and available delivery details. For furniture and larger pieces, you are responsible for confirming measurements and access to your space before purchase.

How much does Sourced by Polished cost?
There is no upfront fee to submit a request or review the initial options we curate for you. A $50 sourcing fee applies for each distinct sourced product you choose to purchase through Polished.

When do I pay?
You do not pay anything when you submit your request. If you choose one of the sourced options, we will reconfirm the current product price, availability, shipping cost and available delivery details before sending you a secure Shopify invoice.
How many options will I receive?
We curate up to three options for each distinct product need included in the sourcing request we accept.
What if I don’t like any of the options?
You are not obligated to purchase anything. If none of the initial options work for you, there is no sourcing fee due.
Why isn’t shipping free?
Sourced items may come from different vendors and can include oversized furniture, freight shipments or other special delivery methods. Because those costs vary by item and destination, Sourced by Polished purchases do not qualify for standard Polished free shipping. We will confirm the available shipping and delivery details before you purchase.
Can I return a sourced item?
All Sourced by Polished purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled once payment is completed.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, or if we are unable to fulfill your purchase, we will work with you on the appropriate resolution.
